Yue Guo, Professor and Executive Dean, Aurora International Research Institute, King’s Business School, London

Yue Guo is Professor and Executive Dean at the Aurora International Research Institute, a jointly research institute involving the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Hohai University, CODA research centre at King’s Business School, London, University of Alabama and Sauder business School, UBC. Prof. Guo’s research interests are in data analytics, online platforms, online social media and social networks, mobile commerce and IT-enabled business models. His work has appeared in the Harvard Business Review, Information System Journal, Information & Management, Journal of Information Technology, Tourism Management, Energy Policy, Computers in Human Behavior, Psychology & Marketing, Electronic Commerce and Research and Applications, among other academic journals. In addition to his research activities at the Hohai Business School, Professor Guo maintains an active international research agenda. He has received multiple research grants from National Science Foundation of China, The Humanities and Social Sciences Foundation of the Ministry of Education in China, and Fundamental Research Funds for the Central Universities in China. Prior to joining HHU, Professor Guo was a research scientist at eBay Research.
