重點(diǎn)研究方向：

世界政黨研究，比較政治經(jīng)濟(jì)，中外政治制度，中外政治思想，中國政治，政黨建設(shè)與國家治理體系，公共政策與國家治理，政府創(chuàng)新與公共管理，國際組織公共管理，全球治理與中國外交，宗教與國際關(guān)系，國家統(tǒng)一理論模式，臺(tái)灣問題中的外部因素，國際公共政策，國際關(guān)系和外交理論，大國關(guān)系，區(qū)域國別研究，網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全與全球網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間治理。

崗位基本要求

1、在海內(nèi)外高校獲得博士學(xué)位3年以內(nèi)或應(yīng)屆博士研究生，以及從其他博士后科研流動(dòng)站（工作站）出站的博士后研究人員，年齡35歲以下，所學(xué)專業(yè)為政治學(xué)、國際關(guān)系、公共管理等相關(guān)領(lǐng)域；

2、具有扎實(shí)的理論基礎(chǔ)和較高的外語水平，具備較強(qiáng)的研究能力和敬業(yè)精神；

3、除承擔(dān)流動(dòng)站的科研工作外，還需承擔(dān)學(xué)院部分科研和教學(xué)任務(wù)；

4、表達(dá)溝通能力好，有合作精神；

5、具備全日制進(jìn)站工作條件，不招收在職研究人員。本校博士畢業(yè)生不能進(jìn)入本校同學(xué)科（一級(jí)學(xué)科）的流動(dòng)站。

相關(guān)福利待遇

1、薪酬待遇參照國家和復(fù)旦大學(xué)的相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；

2、如研究課題與學(xué)院學(xué)科重點(diǎn)方向契合，學(xué)院將提供一定的科研資助；

3、提供博士后辦公場(chǎng)所；

4、住房、戶口等其他方面根據(jù)學(xué)校相關(guān)政策執(zhí)行；

5、博士后工作一般為2年，博士后在站期間取得突出科研成果，符合學(xué)校人才引進(jìn)條件的，有機(jī)會(huì)留校任教。

2. Basic Job Requirements

1) Fresh Ph.D who obtained the doctoral degree within three years or postdoctoral researchers from other post-doctoral research stations (workstations), who is under 35 and major in political science, international relations, public administration and other related fields. The one who has overseas study and research experience is preferred.

2) Solid theoretical foundation, high level of foreign language, strong research capability and professionalism.

3) Undertake research work as well as a part of teaching at school

4) Good communication skill and spirit of cooperation

5) Full-time stint working conditions and the Ph.D graduates from Fudan University cannot enter the same discipline (a subject) of the rover.
