趙國華先生(Jean-Pascal Tricoire)現(xiàn)任施耐德電氣集團董事長。他從2003年起擔任施耐德電氣首席運營官，2006年至2011年擔任首席執(zhí)行官，2011年至2023年擔任董事長兼首席執(zhí)行官。在趙國華先生的領(lǐng)導下，施耐德電氣成功轉(zhuǎn)型為一家領(lǐng)先的科技公司，在軟件、可持續(xù)發(fā)展、數(shù)字化與電氣化等領(lǐng)域表現(xiàn)卓越。作為首席執(zhí)行官，他重塑了集團的宗旨與技術(shù)優(yōu)勢，領(lǐng)導施耐德電氣的規(guī)模擴大了4倍，營收和業(yè)務(wù)保持均衡，且遍布全球。

趙國華先生于1986年加入施耐德電氣，曾先后在法國、意大利、中國、南非、美國、中國香港等地擔任要職。2001年，他加入集團執(zhí)行委員會，負責施耐德電氣的國際運營業(yè)務(wù)。

趙國華先生也是高通公司董事會的獨立董事。他是聯(lián)合國全球契約組織理事會理事、聯(lián)合國“HeForShe”全球倡導活動的企業(yè)倡導者、世界經(jīng)濟論壇國際工商理事會和亞洲工商理事會成員。趙國華先生也是美國東北大學董事會成員。同時，他是新加坡經(jīng)濟發(fā)展局國際咨詢理事會成員，以及上海、北京、香港等城市的市長國際企業(yè)家顧問會成員。2009年至2019年，趙國華擔任法中企業(yè)家委員會主席。趙國華還受封成為法國榮譽軍團騎士并榮獲法國國家功績勛章。

Jean-Pascal Tricoire is the Chairman of Schneider Electric. He previously served as COO of Schneider from 2003, CEO from 2006 to 2011, and Chairman and CEO from 2011 to 2023. Under Jean-Pascal’s leadership, Schneider has transformed and become a technology company leading in software, sustainability, digitization, and electrification. As CEO, he redefined the company’s purpose and technology portfolio, quadrupling Schneider’s revenues across its balanced geographical footprint.

Jean-Pascal joined Schneider Electric in 1986 and held various positions across France, Italy, China, South Africa, the United States and Hong Kong. In 2001, he first joined the company’s Executive Committee to take charge of Schneider’s international division.

Jean-Pascal also serves as an independent director on the board of Qualcomm. He is a director of the worldwide board of the United Nations Global Compact, a United Nations #HeForShe Corporate IMPACT champion and a member of the International Business Council of the World Economic Forum as well as the Asia Business Council. He is also a member of the board of trustees of Northeastern University. Jean-Pascal is a member of the International Advisory Council of the Singapore Economic Development Board and a member of the advisory councils of Shanghai, Beijing, and Hong Kong. He led the France-China Business Council from 2009 to 2019. He is a Knight of the Legion of Honor and an Officer of the National Order of Merit in France.

劉俏教授，北京大學光華管理學院院長、金融學教授、博士生導師，國家“十四五”、“十五五”規(guī)劃專家委員會委員，教育部長江學者特聘教授，國家自然科學基金杰出青年基金獲得者, 2017年《中國新聞周刊》“影響中國”年度經(jīng)濟學家。劉俏教授在公司金融、實證資產(chǎn)定價、市場微觀結(jié)構(gòu)與中國經(jīng)濟研究等方面擁有眾多著述,其最新著作包括《我們熱愛的金融：重塑我們這個時代的中國金融》、《從大到偉大2.0——重塑中國高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的微觀基礎(chǔ)》、Corporate China 2.0: The Great Shakeup與Finance in Asia: Institutions, Regulation and Policy。在2001年至2003年間，曾任職于麥肯錫公司，負責麥肯錫在亞洲企業(yè)金融領(lǐng)域的研究，并為大型亞洲公司和跨國公司提供服務(wù)。加入北大光華前，曾任教于香港大學經(jīng)濟與工商管理學院，并獲港大終身教職。

Professor LIU Qiao is the Dean and Professor of Finance at Guanghua School of Management, Peking University. He is a leading authority in economics and finance in China, and is recognized for his academic works in corporate finance, financial markets, and the Chinese economy. He is the author of “The Finance We Love: Rebuilding China’s Finance in the New Era”, “Big to Brilliant 2.0: Reconstructing the Underpinnings of China’s High-Quality Development”, “Corporate China 2.0: The Great Shakeup” and “Finance in Asia: Institutions, Regulation and Policy”. Professor LIU is the Chang Jiang Scholar Special Term Professor awarded by the Ministry of Education, the Distinguished Young Scholar awarded by National Science Foundation, and the Most Influential Chinese Economist of 2017 awarded by China Newsweek. He worked at McKinsey & Company from 2001 to 2003, where he advised various MNCs and leading Asian companies on corporate finance and strategies. Before joined Guanghua, he taught in the Faculty of Business & Economics of HKU and was tenured.
