芝加哥大學(xué)布斯商學(xué)院 Fuji Bank and Heller 金融學(xué)講席教授，芝加哥大學(xué)貝克爾弗里德曼經(jīng)濟研究所中國中心主任，芝加哥大學(xué)布斯商學(xué)院Fama-Miller中心聯(lián)席主任，美國國家經(jīng)濟研究局教授研究員，亞洲金融與經(jīng)濟研究局資深教授研究員，清華大學(xué)經(jīng)濟管理學(xué)院阿里巴巴公益基金特聘教授。何治國教授現(xiàn)任Review of Asset Pricing Studies執(zhí)行主編，曾任Journal of Finance 和 Review of Financial Studies 的副主編。其研究成果曾獲斯隆研究獎（Alfred P. Sloan Research Fellowship）、Brattle Group年度最佳論文獎、Amundi Smith-Breeden年度最佳論文獎、雷曼兄弟杰出金融學(xué)研究獎（Lehman Brothers Fellowship for Research Excellence in Finance）等。

He serves as Professor of Finance, PhD Program area adviser, and Faculty Co-Director of Fama-Miller Center at the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business. He is also a Research Associate at NBER, and was the Dean's Distinguished Visiting Scholar at Stanford University, Graduate School of Business. He is recruited by the Thousand Talents Plan in China, and serves as the Special-term Alibaba Foundation visiting Professor at Tsinghua University, School of Economics and Management.

He has been named a 2014 Alfred P. Sloan Research Fellow, and has won numerous awards for his outstanding scholastic record, including Lehman Brothers Fellowship for Research Excellence in Finance in 2007, the Swiss Finance Institute Outstanding Paper Award in 2012, the Smith-Breeden First Prize in 2012 and the Brattle Group First Prize in 2014.
