2019年廣東經(jīng)濟學(xué)會年會暨嶺南經(jīng)濟論壇將于11月9-10日在中山大學(xué)（廣州南校區(qū)）舉行，此次會議由廣東經(jīng)濟學(xué)會和中山大學(xué)嶺南（大學(xué)）學(xué)院聯(lián)合主辦?，F(xiàn)面向海內(nèi)外公開征文。

征文主題

此次論壇主題：“新時代經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型與發(fā)展”。選題領(lǐng)域包括但不限于：

1.新時代中國特色社會主義經(jīng)濟理論；

2.政治經(jīng)濟學(xué)與制度經(jīng)濟學(xué)；

3.區(qū)域經(jīng)濟學(xué)與灣區(qū)建設(shè)；

4.博弈論與機制設(shè)計；

5.產(chǎn)業(yè)組織理論與應(yīng)用；

6.行為與實驗經(jīng)濟學(xué)；

7.發(fā)展經(jīng)濟學(xué)；

8.經(jīng)濟增長與周期波動；

9.金融經(jīng)濟學(xué)；

10.勞動經(jīng)濟學(xué)；

11.國際經(jīng)濟學(xué)；

12.公共經(jīng)濟學(xué)；

13.計量經(jīng)濟學(xué)理論與應(yīng)用；

……

鼓勵以科學(xué)的方法研究廣東實際問題，為地方經(jīng)濟發(fā)展建言獻策。

論文要求與投稿方式

1.征文須是作者原創(chuàng)的并且未公開發(fā)表的作品，符合學(xué)術(shù)規(guī)范。論文使用中文和英文寫作均可,且字數(shù)在15000字之內(nèi)。

2.論文體例要求：中文寫作體例請參考《經(jīng)濟研究》已發(fā)表文章；英文寫作體例請參考AmericanEconomicReview（《美國經(jīng)濟評論》）已發(fā)表文章。為便于匿名評審和聯(lián)系，請將作者信息（姓名、工作單位、通訊地址、聯(lián)系電話、電子信箱等）列于與正文獨立的首頁。

3.投稿方式：投稿論文請用Word或者PDF格式文檔發(fā)送至電子郵箱gdea_lingnan2019@163.com,并在郵件主題注明“論壇投稿：作者姓名+工作單位+文章標(biāo)題”的字樣。

4.投稿截止日期為2019年9月30日。

論文處理

1.組委會將組建評審會進行論文評審，以確定投稿論文的入選資格，并于2019年10月9日前通知入選論文作者。

2.選題新穎、質(zhì)量較高的論文將做大會主題報告。經(jīng)作者同意，優(yōu)秀論文將推薦到《南方經(jīng)濟》、《金融學(xué)季刊》等期刊進入外審程序。

其他事宜

會議不收取任何費用。主辦方為正式代表提供論壇期間的餐費，并統(tǒng)一為正式代表安排住所，住宿費和交通費自理；主辦方不安排接送站。

2019 Guangdong Economics Association Annual Meeting& Lingnan Economics Forum

The 2019 Guangdong Economics Association Annual Meeting & Lingnan Economics Forum is to be held on November 9-10th at Sun Yat-sen University in Guangzhou. This conference is jointly organized by the Guangdong Economics Association and Lingnan College, Sun Yat-sen University, and now opens for paper submissions from domestic and overseas scholars in economics.

2. Paper Format and Submission

i) Submitted papers must be unpublished original research articles following the standard academic norms. Articles can be written either in Chinese or English, and the length should be less than 15,000 words.

3. Handling of Papers

i). The scientific committee will review all of the submitted papers carefully and inform the successful authors by October 9, 2019.

ii). Papers with innovative perspectives and high quality will be selected for the keynote speech. With the author’s permission, qualified excellent papers would be recommended for publication at(《南方經(jīng)濟》) and(《金融學(xué)季刊》).

4. Other Issues

This conference does NOT charge for any fees. The organizers will provide meals and arrange hotels for the registered conference participants during the conference. However, please note that the hotel and transportation expenses are covered by the conference participants themselves. The organizers do not provide pick-up service.
