趙彬，上海高級(jí)金融學(xué)院金融學(xué)助理教授。2002年獲得中國農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)果樹學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位，2004年獲得英國帝國理工學(xué)院農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)碩士學(xué)位，2006年獲得康奈爾大學(xué)應(yīng)用經(jīng)濟(jì)與管理學(xué)碩士學(xué)位，2010年獲得威斯康星大學(xué)麥迪遜分校金融學(xué)博士。

Course Description

　　
The main focus of this course will be on valuing a company for investment purposes. This course is intended to provide practical tools for valuing a company’s securities. We will cover several valuation models in this class.

　　
Security Analysis is primarily an applications course. It introduces very little new theory beyond that covered in prior finance course (introduction to finance, corporate finance and investments). This course focuses on the implementation of finance theory to valuation problems. An understanding of accounting is essential for this course. The only formal requirement is intermediate financial accounting. However, the stronger your accounting background is the more prepared you will be for this class. Computers are used throughout this course. Extensive use is made of Microsoft Excel.This course is a combination of lectures and case studies.
