講座內(nèi)容

Pigneur教授主要將介紹商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新，包括商業(yè)模式和商業(yè)價(jià)值主張的設(shè)計(jì)，以及降低商業(yè)模式的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。結(jié)合商業(yè)模式畫布，Pigneur教授將分析如何有效利用商業(yè)模式實(shí)現(xiàn)價(jià)值開發(fā)與創(chuàng)造，并揭示如何運(yùn)用商業(yè)模式畫布分析框架展開分析和測(cè)試，以及講解商業(yè)模式畫布分析框架的落地法則及使用中的陷阱。Pigneur教授還將運(yùn)用案例，介紹進(jìn)行“創(chuàng)新組合”和“文化地圖”分析的可視化工具。

In this interactive and hands-on seminar, Prof. Yves Pigneur will introduce Business Model Innovation. Participants will revisit the latest on how to design business models and value propositions to decrease the risks of innovation. He will, in particular, get participants to apply the concepts and canvases to map out business models and value propositions. Design thinking and lean startup will also be emphasized for exploring, prototyping and testing value propositions and business models. Ground rules and pitfalls in the use of the Business Model Canvas in large corporations will be illustrated. The new visual tools “Innovation Portfolio” and “Culture Map” will be briefly presented and illustrated.

Yves Pigneur博士

Yves Pigneur博士是瑞士洛桑大學(xué)教授，曾在Georgia State University, University of British Columbia, National Universityof Singapore,and HEC Montreal等知名高校擔(dān)任訪問(wèn)教授，是“商業(yè)模式畫布”理論和分析框架的發(fā)明者之一（with Alexander Osterwalder）。他于2010年出版的著作《Business Model Generation》獲得2010年國(guó)際最佳出版物，在由 “Thinker50”評(píng)選的“最有影響力的商業(yè)思想者”中排名第15位，并獲得了“最佳戰(zhàn)略獎(jiǎng)”，而在2017年11月，Pigneur教授再次進(jìn)入了“最有影響力的商業(yè)思想者”排名，位列第7位。

Dr. Yves Pigneur is professor at University of Lausanne since 1984, and has held visiting professorships at Georgia State University, University of British Columbia, National University of Singapore, and HEC Montreal. Together with Alexander Osterwalder, they invented the Business Model Canvas and authored in 2010 the international bestseller “Business Model Generation”; and more recently “Value Proposition Design”. In November 2015, they have been ranked #15 in the “most influential business thinkers” by Thinkers50 and received the “Strategy Award”. In November 2017, they entered the top10 (#7) in the Thinkers50 ranking.
